Yes, I'm referring to "Casting Serena" and "Connie In Czech Agriculture". In both cases, I could not find the "Backstage Video" button that is usually available as it is for the most recent update "Sabrisse Picnic". I expect to find a "Backstage Video" button because all three of these updates have a "+ Video" square in their thumbnails. I tried to see the "Video Backstage" button in all three browser types and always the same result. I could see it for the most recent update, "Sabrisse Picnic", but not the other two, "Casting Serena" and "Connie In Czech Agriculture".
Maybe I'm the problem. But why would I have a problem for only two updates, but not the most recent?

Today's update is also missing the video - assuming the thumbnail is correct. The same is true for the previous update. The thumbnail on the home page says the update includes a video, but when I click on the update I can only find photos.

There must be quite a few subscribers like me who use Windows and download WMV foramt files because it is simple and works better with my computer. I do not seem to get Quicktime to work properly so MOV format only is not much good.

About the format of our videos: Right now we are testing new formats. The newest videos are in format .mp4 which is universal for every platform (Windows, Apple, mobile) and all players should play it without any problems.
If I can recommend you a really reliable player, I would advice you to use VLC player .

Has anyone else noticed that there are a lot more PHOTO only shoots, why is this, I joined to get VIDEOs and they are getting fewer and fewer...NOT ACCEPTABLE for the amount they charge. Photos are usually free from the net, and there are many thousands
out there to download FREE.
So stop trying to short-change members and PUT VIDEOS with ALL YOUR SHOOTS.

I’m sorry you think we are short-changing members, but I don’t see it that way.
Just for this year we published 87 shoots just to our UPDATES file and only 6 of them lacked the video in them. So these cases are just exceptions and there is always some good reason for that. Normally we ale always going for photos + video.
Even so we are still trying to get better for our members and our goal is to double the amount of videos on our websites.
Anyway thank you for your feedback, we are always interested in your thoughts.
