Downloads Erratic and Slow
Some downloads take place quickly. At least half the downloads download at speeds less than a 56k modem from the previous century.
For instance, a 100 megabyte video file will say that it is going to take 3 hours to download.
When I haven't canceled the download, just to see how long it would take, it was 25 minutes. I have a 100 megabit/sec connection, and I'm used to a 100 megabyte file taking just a few seconds.
I have seen others complain, and I know that you offered your apologies, but I'm not sure you are an IT person. You may not understand the seriousness of your hardware/network problems. It is about the worst I have seen in over a decade.
In IT terms, I think you would want to escalate this to your technical support team as a critical error. A server is not your only problem. It is a network problem as well. Be assured, this is costing you money and greatly diminishes customer satisfaction.

We’re aware of this problem, and we’re dealing with it. Right now we’re in the process of moving our servers to another company, but there’s massive amount of bureaucracy to be dealt with, so unfortunately it’s gonna take a while :(
What Has Happened to Slideshows?
For the past couple of days, when I have pressed the START SLIDESHOW button I have been left with an empty screen. I have checked my flashplayer updates and they are OK
Sometimes it is nice just to have a slide show of pictures without having to donwload stuff.
Have you changed the player or software we need to have to view a Slideshow and not told us?
Just let us know what we ned to do to get the Slideshow working again

downloads really slow
They start out really fast then half way through they slow down to almost a halt, around 100KB/s/
my internet connection is fine so i dont know whats the deal here.

We’re very sorry this happens… unfortunately sometimes the server gets an overload of requests and becomes slower than usual. This usually lasts only for a while, so please be patient!
