Slow
Your content is amazing. Models are beautiful.
Yet I am dissatisfied in the speed of your site. Many times the pages don't even finish loading. When I want to download any of your videos, the download stops 10 to 20% through every time, so I have never been able to download a complete video.
I also use a download accelerator called Speed Download for most of my web file downloading. I could not get it to work with your site.
I will try to get the content I want and then I am canceling my subscription.

STILL having problems downloading
On January 11 you were having thte same download problems I am have reported to you for the past two weeks (see xaviers post)... if you knew this to be a problem that had not yet been addressed then why did you even take my money? Now I am very upset. Are you going to extend my subscription to include a full month on the new server? When will that new server and site be in place? I can buidl out and take a new server live in 24 hours... moving a site of your size would take a hour or two to move. Do you want to hire me?

Slow and Dropped Downloads
I see faster downloads are in the works, but WHEN? I'm currently unable to download anything; my connection keeps dropping. Most frustrating.
Extremely Slow
Why is this site so extremely slow, the content is excellent, but it takes forever for a page or a picture to load. It also takes way to long to download a ZIP file. I've been a member of other sites where it only takes seconds to download a ZIP file, on this site it takes a minimum of 5 minutes. What is going on guys?

Still having problems downloading
The site keeps logging me out after a certain amount of time, then the download aborts. This happens often with large downloads. Why does the site have to log me out? When I try to resume the download, my username and password is no longer accepted by the download manager and I have to start again from the beginning. This is extremely irritating when you are 95% from the end of a 70Mb download. Is there any way you can fix this? The downloads are also very slow. It would not be a problem if the downloads went faster.

you do not have to use special downlad manager. Simply click on link and save files to your disk. Sometimes we have got some difficulties with our speed but everything will be sorted out after we will launch new version of our website.

Download Problems
on my laptop I am unable to download any files. I have entered the username and password into both getright and DAP, but they both return a "forbidden" response. On my desktop some files start downloading and complete, but others also give the forbidden problem. What should I do? What is your policy regarding download managers? Which one is preferred? There is an option to download an entire set of pictures, yet when I do it, the zip file comes up as being corrupted. Is there any way to fix this? Is there a way of downloading the zip files without getting this?

re: Veronkia images
Many of the high-res Veronika images are not downloading correctly. Can you look into this? Each image appears to stop downloading about 1/4 to 1/2-way down the image.
